He made the Dodgers opening day roster and appeared in 106 of the club’s 114 games through August 4. after going 0-for-1 on opening day (3/28 vs. ari), he finished each day from 3/29 to 6/7 hitting at least .300. he recorded his first career game-ending rbi with a ninth-inning sacrifice fly on 5/29 against nym. in an 18-game stretch from 6/11-29, he hit .370 (27-for-73) with 5 hours and 1,049 ops. On June 22 against Col, he recorded his first career multi-home run game (2 hours), his first career walkout hour, and his first career extra-inning hour, breaking a 4–4 tie in the inning. 11. June 27-29 in the column, left 14-7 with 2 h. 7/12-14, he went 4-for-9 with an hour at fenway park…on 7/14, he hit an RBI single in the 12th inning of a 7-4 win over bos. he placed on the disabled list on 5/8 with a right oblique strain and missed the rest of the season.
