There is no more crucial time to identify the best sleepers of the week than the championship round of the fantasy football playoffs. Of course, the fantasy owners vying for a title this week presumably have big rosters, but injuries, Covid complications, and tough matchups will make hunting for Week 17 streamers and wives a must. we are here to help you with that process. Whether it’s players on your roster or those sitting on the waiver wire and free agency, guys like Boston Scott and Marquez Valdes-Scantling are ready to contribute to your team and help you win Super Bowl Fantasy. /p>
As always, any of our picks could fail this week, but so can bona fide stallions. we’re taking a gamble here, as we don’t want to imply that anyone is too obvious. a list of easy options would do no one any good. You’re not going to start the guys below on consistent, proven producers, but you’re probably not looking for fantasy sleepers if your lineup is set. We know a small percentage of fantasy owners are still alive and looking for a ring here, but our list can also help you find sleepers for dfs tournaments that should have low price tags.

Reading: Boston scott fantasy week 17
ameer abdullah really let us down in week 16, but michael carter had a good fantasy day and jamaal williams was good in standard leagues. At QB, Matt Ryan, Tua Tagovailoa and Jimmy Garoppolo failed, but with so many backup and “bad” QBs in starting roles last week, they seemed like “safe” choices. amon-ra st. brown was our biggest hit, but devante parker, jared cook and albert okwuegbunam didn’t deliver. Ultimately, we’re taking a lot of chances as a ton of guys miss the action every week, but with only a small percentage of fantasy owners still competing, there won’t be a ton of people who have to make it to the deep end of the waiver. . to find the production.

week 17 fantasy sleepers: runners
boston scott, eagles @ washington (jackson sparks). washington is a neutral matchup for rbs on paper, but we know their defense has looked like the worst stopping unit in the league in recent weeks. With Miles Sanders (delivered), Scott will at least have a role in the Eagles’ offense. jordan howard (stinger) could also miss this contest, and if that’s the case, scott will be on the must-start limit.
derrick gore, bosses in flares (vinnie iyer). With Clyde Edwards-Helaire (shoulder) set to waste more time, the gore should fill in nicely behind Darrel Williams as the powerful backup, giving him a flexible appeal in what should be an even or positive play script.
ke’shawn vaughn, buccaneers @ jets (matt lutovsky). vaughn played 24 snaps last week, 11 fewer than ronald jones. however, he made the most of his playing time, rushing for 70 yards and a touchdown on an outstanding run. vaughn should get enough carries, either early or at the garbage moment, to post solid, flex-worthy numbers.

week 17 fantasy football sleepers: quarterbacks
ryan tannehill, titans vs. dolphins (sparks). tannehill has been one of the biggest qb flops this season, but a.j. Brown’s performance in Week 16 against the Niners has us expecting a big game here. Tannehill has the most rushing tds by a QB since the start of the 2020 season, so the run advantage is there as well. If Brown goes beast mode, Tannehill will inevitably have a solid fantasy day, and a quick score would put him in QB1 range. Miami has gone from one of the worst defenses against fantasy QBS to one of the best, but that’s largely due to matchups with Tyrod Taylor, Joe Flacco, Ian Book, Zach Wilson, Mike Glennon and Cam Newton in the last six weeks. expect him to look weak again in the matchup.
trey lance, 49ers vs. texans (iyer). get the keys to jimmy g’s wonderful toys, and bring a weapon of your own in the running game to take on a dominating running attack.
tua tagovailoa, dolphins @ titans (lutovsky). we are back on the tua train despite her disappointing performance in new orleans last week. We’ll put it down to Miami not needing to spend much. Against a more potent offense, and an even worse passing defense, Miami will have to air it out, and Tagovailoa has enough weapons to post a QB1 limit day.

week 17 fantasy football sleepers: wide receivers
marquez valdes-scantling, packers vs vikings (sparks). mvs has a 30+ point fantasy lead in the best possible matchup for wrs, so we’re good to start with him even though it’s a pure boom or bust play. He’s proven time and time again that he can score deep touchdowns, so look for the silver lining here in this rematch of NFC North. Aaron Rodgers was outplayed by Kirk Cousins in the first matchup, so he expects an offensive burst from Green Bay at home.
jarvis landry, browns at steelers (iyer). the steelers have had problems in coverage with the middle of the field, and landry must receive many short passes as extensions of the run of nick chubb.
breshad perriman, buccaneers @ jets (lutovsky). perriman had a December to remember for the bucs (and fantasy owners) in 2019, recording 285 yards and four touchdowns in weeks 14- 16. has returned from the reserve/covid list, and with chris godwin (knee) out and mike evans (hamstring, reserve/covid) likely out, perriman is in position to step up in a favorable matchup against the outmatched defense again york.
week 17 fantasy football sleepers: tight ends
tyler higbee, rams @ crows (sparks). higbee has scored five or more goals in his last five games and is more involved in the offense than he was earlier in the season. The Ravens have been viewed as one of the worst passing defenses in football thanks to a host of injuries, and have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points for tees. ultimately you should start with odell beckham jr. and van jefferson on this one too. Of course, Higbee could keep quiet with all the target competition, but his lead is as high as ever, just when it’s needed in the final week of fantasy season.
foster moreau, raiders on foals (iyer). medic should be on an island often against a flex zone defense, playing well with hunter renfrow.
mo alie-cox, colts vs. raiders (lutovsky). jack doyle (knee, ankle) is sick, so alie-cox should see most of the indy plays. raiders have been one of the worst defenses against tees all year, and with indy likely using a conservative game plan regardless of who starts in center, mac should be in line for a decent amount of targets, particularly in the Red zone.
week 17 fantasy football sleepers: defense
chicago bears against giants (sparks). mike glennon or jake fromm? no matter. Any defense going against the Giants this week would get some early consideration, and since the Bears are the 9th best stopping unit in total defense, we’re happy to continue here. chicago d/st is in our top 10 this week.
seattle seahawks vs. lions (iyer). this didn’t work out well against the bears, but seattle shows real pride by making some plays with the lions.
new orleans saints vs. panthers (lutovsky). New Orleans should be healthier overall this week, and it’s not like the d/st was bad last Monday (three sacks, takeout, 14 offensive points allowed). The Panthers are a mess with their spinning QBS, so expect a solid outing in a must-win matchup for the Saints.
